Private & Shared Rooms
Residents can choose between private or shared rooms, depending on availability and budget. Each space comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and personal area for comfort and privacy.
Every home offers access to shared community spaces such as the kitchen, and living room, allowing residents to enjoy independence while being part of a supportive environment.
Affordable Pricing
No credit checks required. Move in with a program fee + community fee — prices typically range from $650–$1,000+ per month, depending on the property and location.Utilities and Wi-Fi are included for your convenience.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18+ and able to live independently
No families or children at this time (due to limited space)
No drugs, no illegal substances, and no smoking indoors
Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only

Our program connects independent adults to affordable, fully furnished shared homes through our trusted network of housing partners. Do you accept families or children?

What if I’m a veteran or was referred by a hospital or community program?
We proudly assist veterans, re-entry participants, and hospital referrals through our placement network.
If you were referred by a case manager, social worker, or doctor, please note that on your intake form so we can prioritize your placement.

Who qualifies for this program? and what documents will I need to apply?
This program is designed for independent adults (ages 21+) who can manage daily living without medical or personal assistance.
Individuals MUST have reliable income such as:
SSI or SSDI
Employment income
Veterans benefits
Pensions or other fixed income sources
Documents you’ll need:
Valid photo ID
Proof of income (SSI, SSDI, pay stubs, or benefits letter)
Completed intake form
Move-in readiness date
What if I need help with personal care or medical assistance?
This particular program is designed for independent adults who can manage daily living on their own.
